1. No new opportunities will be given unless it's their decision 2. Less Salary 3. For people outside of Chennai, it is very difficult to manage with that salary 4. No Complete WFH. If atleast this is done, your pg costs will be saved. 5. No concern for its people. Used to say people centric company but not. 6. Every meeting to ask your concern will happen for name sake
