Takes times for getting opportunities

The company is full of empty promises, dangles the carrot in front of its employees to make them work harder, but when it comes to financial reward they make up excuses, when your pay hits your account and is well below the current inflation rate. The company moves its goal post mid way through year, with lack of communications. Its shrewd use of Great Place to Work questionnaire straight after a company get together is no an accurate portrayal. If a survey was conducted now they will not be gaining such an accolade. If you are female worker and looking to have a family, you will not get anything more than the statutory maternity pay. There is little or no work to do so you will be sitting around for months, degrading your skill sets and not growing. There will be a mass exodus from the European side of the company due to management betraying people with families to keep up with inflation. The company makes exorbitant profits as everything is off shored to Chennai, yet doesn't reward the face of the company who are based in Europe. There is no "hierarchy" in the company but to prosper you need to be in with the cliquey management team. When dealing with management they are full of hot air and think you are stupid with their empty promises and condescending tones of speech This is not a view of one employee, but swathes of team members who hold these views.

Departments aren't growth-oriented due to a lack of notable projects, employees usually get plateaued in terms of skill-set very early. Poor standard of projects for a service-based company in today's pharma world. Middle-level management is awful. Not a great environment to learn and grow. Pay and benefits are less compared to standards. Work-life balance is non-existent.
