      Nothing much to like here

      They keep delaying your on onboarding. They literally kept us waiting for more than 1 year and then just finally gave joining date. Then just 20 days before joining, they mailed for further delay in onboarding. And finally cancel our offer in the name of changing environment and market conditions. They gave us an offer letter and kept us in uncertainty for 1 year just to cancel the offer. Literally wasted my 1 year which I could have invested elsewhere.

      No standardization is product delivery, low pay for high demands from clients and internally, leadership fails to effectively communicate to managers and seem to lack the knowledge or experience in management a growing company.
