Pros
(All of these vary department to department) - Work culture is really good. Managers check in on you if they feel work load is too much. - Managers promote balancing the work life balance. - Lot of opportunities to grow (skillwise and responsibility wise). - It's actually a people-first company.
Cons
- Salary/salary hike can be better. - Policies, especially around the finances, keep changing without any notice and the explanation is not always satisfactory.
