The company has many tiny things going on called as events which surprises and benifits the employees , we can call it a matter of joy. Company has some good facilities such as shuttle service and all for employees to travel.

Cons

Company does not have a work-life balance. People are starting at 11 AM and ar still only at 11PM. The workload is excessive for few of the departments.
