Pros
Well,I was trying to find one for the past 3.5years and couldn't find any pros.It's in Chennai,for those who look for an opportunity there near saidapet.
Cons
Everything is,management is worst,biased,politics,the shift policies are,insurance and other perks are terrible. My notice period I was having a terrible time with these folks,every single day I'm given 2-3new projects and asked to finish in a day and report them back.If I say I need time they will set up an escalation meeting and grill me.
