If you are lucky you may stay in one department and can get promotion, respect and onsite opportunities. But mostly it's a gamble. Based on the projects, they will shuffle you to different departments and by doing so you will be like a fresher. You won't get promotion nor value that you deserve. In simple words if you have the ability to go behind managers, you will thrive else your career is a waste. Leadership just focus on present ...don't have any future vision

Joined as a fresher and was provided with an extensive induction training. Great opportunities to kick start the career. Things might vary based on the department. Being in validation, I had very understanding managers who mentored me, trusted me and were supportive as well. Like-minded colleagues.

The leave policy is also quite flexible, allowing you to take time off when needed without strict restrictions. Additionally, some of the managers are extremely kind and empathetic, which creates a supportive work environment.
