As if they are good at social media marketing themselves they portray them as a very great company.
Cons
Worst attitude while interviewing a person, right from CEO till Manager who appear in the interview rounds are trying to learn during the interview from the candidate, they will try to give that as a valid reason for salary perks negotiation. If they really want a candidate they should play with the strength of the candidate, instead they play with your weakness and ask you to accept the offer. In return, they bill million dollars worth projects on you. That is the moment I realized, the interview process is under standard especially the attitude of CEO Prakash Raj is worst leader that I have worked under.

Some of the departments do really interesting work, while some of the departments have routine, boring work which doesn't challenge you or provide opportunity for growth. You don't get to choose which department you end up in.
