Now the payscale has changes and management doesn't seem stable for some decisions. Work load is high & night shifts are common. But you will be compared for promotions with a 10-7 normal shift employee. Better deny shifts as you can only get few extra pennies & more health issues. Remember you will be working the entire night without flexible breaks at times as that would be a support project

Day to Day works around Domain. You've to master with domain and basic knowledge with tech. So, It is not suitable place for passionate techy or the one who always wants to work with same tech stack. Tech stack will be shuffling everytime.

Salary stagnancy with years of experience

Comfortable growth in career, non-exposure to risky challenges.

Have Too much work sometimes

No yearly bonus, Salaries on the lower end, small pay raises
