You get to learn a lot here and tbh, it offers the perfect transition from a college to a work environment You have unlimited opportunity to expand your skill set, if you're willing to. You need to stay focused on your career goals and upgrading your CV. It's a very conducive environment to learn.
Cons
Sometimes I find the environment a little less professional, but considering most of the population is around their early and mid twenties, that's a given. Work hours are flexible, that can become a pro or a con depending on who you're working with.
