Cloud HQ style management. The majority of roles are work from home with $150/month compensation for internet and/or office expenses. Many roles have regular yearly (or more often) in person retreats. Great overall flexibility.

Cons

Can be hard to connect with team/work community if you prefer face to face interaction.
