Pros

This company has grown so much over the last year. The environment is fun and laid back. Employees work very hard as a team. The company rewards their employees with many different activities through out the year. They also give back to the community through several local charities. Compensation is great! Training is top notch as they prepare you to be above exceptional in your career!

Cons

Nothing that I can think of.

Pros

I have been here for less than a year. So far I like it. I work with very nice people. My work schedule is flexible with some evening and weekend hours required. The training is very good! There is a lot to learn!

Cons

Team lead sells too and is not always available when I need help. I rely on the nice ppl on my team when I get stuck. If you do not like making 100 calls / dials per day, this may not be the place for you.

Pros

I'll start out by saying MLOA is the best place I've ever worked in my 25 year career, and that's competing with a company earlier my career that sent me to the Superbowl 4 years in a row. By the end of my interview and after meeting my Manager and Director, I knew this was going to be a great fit and career move. My manager leadership begins and ends with being in the trenches with everyone, he knows his stuff, he hates it when I call him boss ( he really does ) I've already learned many skills from him that I would consider to be total game changer. My Director has ultra in-depth knowledge of the industry and his leadership sets the tone for the entire division. There's no micro managing of adults and professionals and guess what ? its produced self motivated professionals, that know the fruits are within reach if you work hard enough to achieve it. Training is two weeks in a classroom setting, then you're on the floor doing the job, your manager and peers are within an arm reach to help you. They won't let you drown, the training is on going with perfectly time courses. It wasn't until the other day I had realized how much it helped me that the training was organized the way it was ! starting with being too overwhelming ! This opportunity has also given my bilingual status a new meaning, with not many Spanish speaking Loan Officers in the industry. I view this as a golden opportunity to help my culture become 1st time homeowners, while providing a full understanding of a complex transaction. It brings me great joy to hear my borrowers thank me for being in my position, because they are no longer intimidated by the process. If you're a slacker or mediocre and just want a paycheck, then don't waste your time nor a slot here at MLOA !! If you're a hardworking, and have a will to win ! this is your place. If you're a bilingual, please stay away - this is a horrible place for you !! just kidding .. more the merrier !! lol Es la mejor compania en la ciudad, y la pontencial es lo maximo para un professional bilingue ! Cuenta con mucho trabajo y mucho potencial para ganar un ingreso alto !

Cons

There's isn't any ! if I were to say one thing ... They officially don't celebrate taco Tuesdays lol
