Pros
I have never been able to work for a company that provided an employee the opportunity to build their individualized mortgage company within a company. The leadership they provide gives you the ability to earn a paycheck and quality of life that is hard to find other places unless you have a phd, md, or law degree. The risk is worth the reward!
Cons
Rome wasn't built in a day........you have be willing to come in and grind through the early months. Big paychecks aren't going to come within the first few months. Training can be a battle through the first few weeks.
