Thanks for the review. We work hard to make sure that we're solving meaningful problems in the real world. Buying, selling, and renting are all important processes that impact millions of people but they all have plenty of room for improvement. If you have ideas -- even crazy ones -- on how to solve these big problems, I'd encourage you to leverage our quarterly innovation weeks to test them out. We've had a pretty good track record of graduating many of these ideas into projects that impact our millions of users. We pride ourselves on having and maintaining a diverse workplace.
