Thank you for the feedback. We have many examples where people started out as Associate Account Managers and progressed significantly in their career at Zillow. I am sorry this did not happen for you and I hope that you took the opportunity to discuss your concerns with your manager or HR while you were still at Zillow. Pros

Fair and honest management team that cares about the company culture more than almost anything else. Lots of free food on hand at all times, catered lunches and off work activities. Great set of benefits, best I've seen. Overall friendly working environment, in a class A office space. Not stingy on employee perks.

Cons

Comp plan too complicated and bonuses favor reps with more seniority.

As it pertains to the bonus structure - I believe you're referring to the low cancellation bonus which rewards those who sell the right way and take the best care of their clients - this bonus applies for people who've been with us for at least a year. We do this because the job evolves over time - the challenges after a year revolve around managing your book of business while continuing to hunt for enough new business to keep your book healthy and help the company hit its goals.
