      Pros

      Good medical benefits program. Matching 401K program. Pension vests in three years. Some divisions appear to foster employee retention.

      Cons

      Little or chance of advancement. High attrition, and employees who leave are not replaced, so that work load and pressure increase. Broad division between management and employees, to the point that communications are discouraged. Many slogans regarding "employee engagement," with no follow-through.

      Pros

      Above average Pay & Benefits, a lot of freedom in decision making. Intense ongoing training & education. Wonderful Company to launch your career. Multiple business divisions to expand your skill and training sst.

      Cons

      More Managers than employees, the company is top heavy in management so it limits your ability to climb the corporate ladder. Most executive positions are located in California but most of the company's business is located in the South, South East & East Coast. Management rarely sees in person the actual damage and risk situtations that the comapny actually insures.
