      Pros

      Relaxed working environment, good place to start a carreer. Zurich will cover costs for QFA exams or if a maths graduate, the cost of the actuarial exams.

      Cons

      poor wages, little opportunity move up the coporate ladder unless employed through the graduate programme. If you are happy to be just a bum on a seat, doing the same thing day after day, well then broker support in Zurich is the place for you

      Pros

      The people, the executive leadership, the 'family' culture. Zurich provided me with a lot of 'in-role' development opportunities, but then the career growth opportunities were limited. There are some fabulous Executive Leaders who truly take their leadership responsibilities seriously.

      Cons

      The GI business has been in tough place, and due to ongoing cost cutting and restructuring there has been a culture of instability and low trust.
