      Pros

      a forward thinking company with many good underwriters and management. Flexible work schedule and OK benefits. Fair salary and bonuses - if you put in the work you will be compensated

      Cons

      many layers of management and sales personnel who complicate your job. Little trust with management. Felt like you needed to watch your back at all times. Underwriting focus changes by the day

      Pros

      A big global company, Plenty of educational support for those who want to do exams. Very young sociable culture, good place to learn the ropes.

      Cons

      Management decisions in operations have been a bit of a mess lately. Progression isn't easy within the company. Lack of communication between management and staff. Delusional ideas of whats actually going in operations.

      workflow is manageable, coworkers are competent and friendly. a lot of charity services.

      Cons

      some but not lower management are familiar with the workflow and tend to micromanage. poor training so you feel unprepared for the position.
