The questions were what you would expect for an interview. I think there was about 8 questions in total and you had 30 seconds to think of an answer before the camera started recording you.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe where you see yourself short term, mid term and long term while working for Aldi.
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ALDI (Manchester, Inglaterra) in Nov 2018
Interview
The online video interview was not as difficult as I expected. There are a total of 9 questions and the first one is just introducing yourself. Do some research on Aldi and some competency question revision.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
What was the most interesting thing you found out about Aldi from your research.
I applied online. I interviewed at ALDI (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2018
Interview
An initial application and questionnaire plus aptitude assessments which are not too difficult (I tend to find assessments for jobs quite tricky and managed to pass these). After this I completed a video interview which also wasn't too hard and there were no ridiculously unexpected questions, however the process itself of a video interview really threw me off - eg. camera went weird during one of my questions, answers are timed and I didn't realize etc

Question 1
Questions about teamwork, tell me about yourself etc
