Barclays Community Banker interview questions

Applied online. First had a Situational Judgemnetal Test about how to act in certain situations. Then a numeracy test with simple additions and substractions. Then got a letter of arranging an in-store interview. They send you guidelines about which topics to prepare. Interview was great, howevere didn't get an offer, feedback was available but wasn't really broad, everything that was said, was: you answered great on all parts but there was a better candidate...

After passing the online test I was asked to attend a face to face interview. Both managers who took my interview were very friendly and because of that It help me got rid of my nervousness of the interview. The interview lasted an hour. I am still waiting for their reply.
