I did well on OA, and was invited to two on-site technical rounds. Both went good, the second one went amazing (I solved two followups as well). The first one was an easy question, but the interviewer wanted me to solve the way he wanted instead of tue straightforward and same efficiency approach I recommended. It was like I was trying to fetch his idea from his mind instead. Then I was said I couldn’t move to the next round.
I went through three rounds of interviews with the firm. Interviewers were all nice, but the firm never followed up. It’s completely fine if they decided to go in a different direction—that happens. But not closing the loop with candidates after such an extensive process is just not the best way.
Interviewer asks where your interest lies and your tech background. First round just basic questions. Recruiter seems to have solid understanding of the team. Have a few minutes at the end to ask questions. Overall a pleasant experience.
