I've been recommended to apply for different team as a result of my last interview with them. I prepared a lot and was well received but my answers were very much technology-focused rather than customer service focused. It's important to demonstrate that you know what you will be doing and what's required in this role. But this position's staff turnover is quite quick and they don't like seeing people come and go. So you need to convince them that you are suitable for this role and that you will be happy with what you will be doing here.

Online first interview. Efficient and quick, time limit of 1.5min per question. A little daunting to watch your responses, but this is much better than a phone screening or on site visit for a first interview.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (New York, NY) in Jan 2017
Interview
I interviewed at Bloomberg LP in NYC. The process took about a month from start to finish. The office was phenomenal and the people seemed great too. The super day is split up into a few different components; an office tour, a q&a segment, a case study, and back to back interviews with sales and analytics managers. The questions were technical but nothing unexpected. The competition is tough, they bring in great groups of interns for a reason
