I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Grenoble) in Jan 2017
Interview
The first step was a CV check. Once I passed the CV check, I received a link for a numerical test including a lot of graphs interpretations. After that I received a link for a video interview. There were around 8 questions. The first were more about the company and why I wanted to choose the company, while the others where either more specific on the position I was applying for or about financial products and financial market situations.
What I really appreciated from this company was the professionality and kindness of the HR recruiter. He proposed me to call me to give me a feedback about my rejection. And this was really valuable.

Interview
Initially the process involved basic application questions in the Career Section (Why Bloomberg? Why Sales? etc.) Then completed a numeral reasoning test (fairly short and straightforward). The following step comprised a video-interview where I had to record my answers (roughly 5-10 questions). The final step was an interview with my team leader/s which lasted 1 hour.
