Citi Director interview questions

Submitted my resume to the portal through an online posting. Phone screen with HR followed by in person interview only with the hiring manage. Whole process took about 4 weeks.

Long and somewhat general. Not a lot of flexibility in terms and conditions. Always have to go back to HR. Some questions were good but others were useless. Comps in the bushes will help. Discuss working remotely, it's very common As when promotions are given. Get a feel for the culture of the group? Is there good cross communication. How often is there a strategy meeting to gage how the group is doing? Some bosses don't say much unless there is a review.
