Interview

Difficult but thorough. Enjoyed meeting everyone. They clearly liked what they did but found the culture a bit difficult. Multiple opportunities throughout the bank but difficult to move for,I'm one department to another. Seen as a personal issue if you transfer to a different area.

Long and drawn out.(initial contact in June; position "on hold" in November). Minimal communication unless I initiated it. Gave them ample opportunity to tell me I was no longer considered and they never really did.
