I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Deloitte (Atlanta, GA) in May 2018
Interview
I had 2 great initial interviews over the phone. Scheduled to interview in-person with 3 managers. It was extremely unorganized from there...didn't get the schedule until the day before (after I asked 3 times) and one of the managers interviewing felt like changing the schedule 5 mins. before interviews started. I'm not sure why the admins even accommodated that request. 2 basic conversational interviews and then a "case". You are told that there is no right or wrong answer for the case and that the interviewer is analyzing your problem solving abilities. As soon as I walked in the room, the manager said, "btw, there is a right answer." The case wasn't really a case...it was more of an exercise on how well you use Excel...not much actual thought behind what you were plugging in. Use of pivot tables and v-lookups seemed to be more important than the thought process behind it. Since they use Excel for everything, I suppose that's what they're looking for. I felt rushed the whole time and instead of just letting me arrive at my own conclusion, he told me what to do or would stop me if I wasn't doing it how he wanted. Not what I expected. He was definitely more concerned about the interview being over so he could grab lunch. It was a disappointing experience with Deloitte. I was told that the PC practice has to "convince" the other practice areas to use them. If you like collecting and tracking expense reports in Excel, then this job is for you. Not sure if it was just the ATL office, but I wasn't impressed by the folks I interviewed with and we didn't vibe that well. Having some knowledge about how Deloitte does their project budgets might help since the case seemed to be more focus on their internal process.
I applied online. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bengaluru) in Aug 2017
Interview
I applied through one of the job portal and got a call from the HR for the suitable position. I got the call for the interview next week.
Firstly Deloitte interview entirely different from all other companies I till now interviewed with. They scheduled the interview at 10 and the process began at 10:30. HR will make yoi fell comfortable before going to the interview. I have totally 3 rounds. Two face to face interview and the communication test ( versant round ). First round was the technical where they ll ask more about your resume and the experience. Please go well prepared on your accounts basics and the questions like budget, forecast, project life cycle, accruals and all the other financial questions. It went well for me and the second was with manager. He was so cool and make you comfortable. It was only casual talk about my strengths and weakness , your hobbies and about your education and experience. Once its cleared you will have to take up the versant round ( Please google it ). Well prepared on it. it's still a serious consideration and they ll not select you if you fail in it. I cleared all the rounds and got the offer.

Budget and forecast, Accruals, Debit and credit notes, other accounting questions
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Deloitte (Bengaluru) in Dec 2016
Interview
The interviewers were very friendly, it was more of a casual conversation than a formal interview. They would surely make you feel comfortable. The best thing is even if you aren't selected they would inform you, unlike other companies. And the con of the interview process was, it wasn't technical and its very difficult to understand what actually they are looking in a potential candidate.
