Devoteam interview questions

2 interviews, one with HR, other with Business Manager. Frank and straight to the point, we talked at lenght if the job would fit my expectations and if I met theirs. Friendly and down-to-earth

Last month, I interviewed with Devoteam. The process started with a 10-minute phone call with an HR representative, during which we discussed salary expectations, certifications, and familiarity with certain technical tools. This was followed by a 30-minute interview with a sales representative, which went smoothly as he asked various questions about my personality and my responsibilities in my current role. However, a week later, I received an email stating that they couldn't proceed with the interview process without providing a clear explanation, despite being a technical candidate and not having interviewed with a technical team member at Devoteam yet.
