Devoteam interview questions

Trois entretiens : 1 entretien RH, 1 entretien Manager avec une étude de cas , 1 entretien Partner en fonction de la BU. Interlocuteurs cordiales durant le processus de recrutement. Toutefois je n'ai reçu qu'un simple mail automatique de refus sans aucune motif du refus de ma candidature, malgré quelques relances. Cela rend la fin du processus un peu amère.

Was contacted by the company itself. Had 2 interviews which were pleasant. Friendly people in general and good talks around the role, but although I followed up twice after the second interview to ask for some feedback, I never received a response. Not even a negative one,which would still be more welcome than absolutely ignoring me. That for me is a sign of a very immature company. Disappointing, to say the least.
