I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Devoteam
Interview
Screening with RH and video call later on the same week. RH was very ope, asked quite a few technical questions and answered any possible questions about the company.
Code test in a platform (1h) questions on the technology (JS & Node), later they contacted with results and follow up.
Technical Interview (video call 30m) with a Manager. He seemed kind of annoyed, showed little to no interest in the process and was a jerk from his introduction to the end. Asked a couple of personal questions and cut me during the responses, then asked a couple of technical questions and on every answer he went back to his mobile and I could see him typing something on his mobile. At the end promised an answer in a week and never returned, also RH went mia after that and gave no returns.
Overall worst experience I had in the last few years doing an interview. If you can't spend you time to talk with a candidate what's the point to go on an interview? The RH screening was the only good point on this process.
