I applied through college or university. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Mar 2012
Interview
Had my first interview with the Talent Acquisition Manager 1:1 at her office. Asked quite a bit about my resume and previous sales experience. I was offered a second interview at the end of this interview with the Area Manager and Branch Manager. This was scheduled for a couple weeks later at a local branch. Went to this interview and was again asked many of the same questions along with the opportunity to see the operations of a branch. At the end of this interview I was offered a third and final interview with the Regional VP of Rentals. This interview was much more difficult, again looking into previous sales experience, but regardless of what I said it seemed it was not the correct answer. I left this interview nervous I would not get the position. A couple of days later I was contacted by the Area Manager offering me a position to start post-college.

Question 1
What are the four most important factors for you in picking a job?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Feb 2012
Interview
The interviews were via phone. They asked the same questions over and over again, only stated differently. There were about 4 interviews and frankly, the job did not warrant so many interviews. Over one half the people that were hired with me, quit before training was over.
The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Enterprise Mobility in Apr 2012
Interview
Applied online, and received a phone call within 48 hours for a short 1 on 1 phone interview, lasted approximately 10 minutes. Scheduled a 1 on 1 in person interview with the recruiter, lasted about 30 minutes. Both were very simple. Scheduled an observation time and interview with the area manager. Total time was approximately one hour, standard behavioral based interview questions. He actually had a piece of paper with ~8 questions on it. asked each one, and wrote down what i said. It was extremely cut and dry. apparently there would have been yet another interview, had I 'passed' this one. retrospectively, i'm happy i didn't get an offer. 50 hours a week, washing cars in a suit, and not the best pay...i'll find something else.
