applied online, 2 days later received an email that I had a phone interview. Called in for my interview, phone call lasted 4 mins. asked me 6 questions yes/no that were already on the application process, congragulated me and told me all i needed to do was come in and pass a drug test and i had the job. Insanely easy "interview"
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at FedEx (Hutchins, TX)

Too much stuff you have to do and then they still mess up your information to keep you from in house applying.
You have to go through all this security crap and you still get no hours. High turnover. They get mad if you don't go full-time.

Interview
You attend a sort observation where they give you a tour of the facility. About 20 mins. If your Still interested in the job they will send you a email the same day with a link to apply. Also a link to take a assessment test around 25 questions. I received a call the next day to come in for a interview. Easy interview that lasted about 5 mins. Explained the hours, pay, and benefits. Also asked a couple questions from the assessment test. If you think you can do the job they will pretty much hire you. The next day I was called and told I was sent a email to consent a background check. If background clears they will call you to come in for orientation.
