Interview
The first stage if the interview takes place with an HR representative via a 20 phone conversation. A few days later you find out if you made it to the next round. If the HR representative liked the answers that you provided you will get an in person interview. The in person interview is usually done with 2 Fidelity managers. One of the managers is experienced and the other is either new or a trainee.

Interview
First Interview was practically a screening call where you're asked the standard behavioral questions (how have you dealt with difficult team members in the past?). Soon-to-be graduate so asked about gpa and internship experience along with all other resume points. Interview provided a solid explanation of what the position entails and the career trajectory. Next step is an on-campus interview.

Interview
I applied online. Within a few days i received an email from a Fidelity recruiter asking to set up a phone interview. We scheduled for the next week. I just finished the phone interview and i scheduled for the onsite in a few weeks. I wanted to post the questions that were asked before i forgot, and to make sure that i could help someone else prepare for theirs. Good luck!
