Fidelity Investments Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

It seemed as though it was a little disorganized and that there was a lack of communication on their end. I was being told about my starting salary and my start date and vacation time I needed off. This whole process took way too long, it took about 2 whole months from start to end and could've been done in 3 days. This experience just gave me a sour taste in my mouth. The people were nice though..
