Fidelity Investments Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Easy and simple. They prepare you. Really related well with my interviewer. She made it fun. Lasted 1 hour. I was able to be my full self and sell myself on why I deserve the job.

I attended a webinar about working with Fidelity and was told to apply. I applied online then did a video interview followed by a phone interview. I did a test but apparently it wasn't easy. I was supposed to talk to the recruiter again about the next steps but instead got a rejection email.
