Interview
Video interviews followed by a phone interview with HR. After the phone interview, they give you an assessment in math, verbal and behavior. After the assessment you speak to HR again to go over results, they score you from low - high.

Interview
The video interview was pretty easy IF you are comfortable with selling yourself at a moment’s notice. You have to be shark and articulate yourself well. I executed this perfectly. Even then the recruiter initially didn’t want to have me move on until I convinced her she wasn’t sure I understood the seriousness of the exam? Excuse me? I graduated from college I’m pretty versed in test taking. What was interesting is when she called to follow up with me about the mini assessment the recruiter was 15 minutes late abs ASR’s if I had a different area code phone number? Are you even looking at the right scores? Unfortunately when it came down to the skills assessment apparently I was at a “mid-level” scoring range in which I would have needed to score high range. Fidelity does not take into consideration differences in test takers and in all honesty I’ve graduated from college with a high gpa. I have higher level math with great writing skills. I find it very hard to believe those scores were average and I question how results and the scoring methods used. I even wonder if those were my scores period. Without having results it opens room for bias and need I say possible discriminatory factors going back to the aforementioned information I provided. Fidelity if you’re looking for the right person you just lost out on one who could have aided in the progression of this company. Also please get your recruitment together and ensure they are providing accurate information. The series 7 and 63 I’m pretty sure does not compare to this rudimentary assessment to prove anything. Skewed information and employee recruitment processes. It’s like a small scale standardized testing assessment in order to get into the private college; even then the test taker sees their scores. Total nonsense and you miss out on bright people and ultimately better production. You did me a favor by exposing your incompetences and inequalities!
