Fidelity Investments Customer Service Representative (CSR) interview questions

Rigorous videos and test prior to interview. They really want to emphasize that the series tests are not east and really get a feel who can tough that out. One pre screen call interview, video interview. Unfortunately I was not even informed that I was passed on the opportunity. Disappointing as I was looking forward to the new experience at fidelity. A simple decline email would suffice.

The first step was a standard phone call with the recruiter where you explain your background and why you want to work at fidelity. It is a very straightforward call and the people are nice.
