They use that annoying interview model of a zillion "Describe a time when..." questions. I personally prefer questions that are tailored to the job itself or a more structured, "What would you do if..." type format...the interview room was cramped and claustrophobic. The entire process took about 3 hours.

They want smart people who LOVE stock analysis. Some of the employees are friendly, some cocky and rude... Not a place I would want to work.
