Fidelity Investments Project Manager interview questions

Easy process, one of the questions was how to Embed quick feedback mechanisms to continually refine dashboard elements for a random product they had. overall pretty easy and chill experience, especially for the new grad process.

My first interview was with HR and a senior individual. My second interview was with the hiring manager and a team member. The interview consisted of me giving a presentation and I had to submit PowerPoint slides 24 hours beforehand. Quite long winded. The presentation topic wasn’t given until the last minute. Only had a couple of days to prepare. It took a lot of time to get feedback. Then eventually they said it wasn’t what they were looking for as they wanted a playbook rather than a presentation.
