I applied in-person. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments (Boston, MA) in Oct 2015
Interview
Employees are only interested in making sure they don't hire someone who could take their job/Management style is dump it--not delegate it. Most employees are rude and don't wish to make any extra effort to talk with you---they just talk at you.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Fidelity Investments in Jun 2015
Interview
Great experience, moderately tough questions but nothing I could not handle. Did a phone interview first with HR, then a week later another phone interview with the hiring manager. Then I met with the investment team face-to-face a month later with three other people. I did not get the job but I really liked the people in the company, so looking for future opportunities with them.

Interviewed with 3 people: the hiring manager, her boss and another Director who is a peer of the hiring manager. The position was open when my predecessor took another position. The hiring manager met with me to discuss the role and told me when the job would be posted. Once the job was posted, I met with 3 people including the hiring manager who help me prepare for meeting with her boss and her peer.
