Gensler Architectural Designer interview questions

4 weeks total process , email then scheduled asked to present portfolio, your thoughts and ideas about architecture. Asked several questions about why I was interested in the firm as well as skills I had.

3 Extensive skype interviews due to distance in location (NYC-San Diego). Meeting with one design director and one supervisor for each interview. 3rd interview consisted of design director and head of office. They did not have any information from the prior interviews due to clear decision making process
