Gensler Architectural Designer interview questions

Consisted of two interviews, both with a Group/Panel. Quick process after the second interview.

First interview was with Senior Associated at the firm. The questions were basic and they asked me to describe my portfolio. The Interview functioned more like a conversation than a question and answer session. I was asked back for a second round interview 2 days later. The second interview was 1:1 with a principal and was also very casual. This wasn't so much an interview as an opportunity to "sell" the company to me as they made me an offer on the spot. 1 week from first interview to offer. Very quick process.
