Gensler Designer interview questions

Two interviews, starting with a first round with senior associates ending with a tour of the office and then they contact you like one to two months later with a second round interview with principal level, that if positive they then whip out an offer.

Saw an ad on LinkedIn, applied through the link in the ad. I had a conversation with an HR employee in California. A few weeks later I interviewed in person. The two studio directors I spoke with were new to that location. They seemed nice enough. Didn't get the job but heard through the grapevine that Gensler had seen quite a bit of turnover in my area after mandating no more hybrid work schedules. That's what you get for taking away a benefit like hybrid work.
