Gensler Designer interview questions

Very laid back and approachable. Gensler prided themselves on being easy going, personable and “approachable” professionals. Chatted through portfolio, questions were more on interests/strengths rather than experience and portfolio. Pretty straightforward interview, no tricks.

Easy. The other person talked a lot about my previous firm. I was working at a competitors firm at the time that he disliked. I spoke about my experience though in a positive way. I don’t believe in bashing
