Gensler Designer interview questions

The actual interview process was really nice and the people were really nice. The negative part of this is dealing with HR and talent acquisition specialists. They don't respond to emails or calls. I'm sure there are thousands of people being ghosted, and thousands of people call them to get a response. They promise a response if they will proceed with an offer or reject you. Nothing happened. I turned down job offers waiting for this firm. Its crazy how unprofessional this company is. These are all red flags.
