Gensler Designer interview questions

I had an informal interview, followed by a very successful initial interview with two high level employees several weeks later and than a month later I had what they referred to as a "final interview". I had thought it went very well but it has been a month and I have not heard anything either way. Even if I didn't get it, I got far enough in the process that they should let me know. I sent two follow up emails to HR inquiring and did not get a single response. It was very unprofessional and turned me off of the company so even if they do eventually offer me something I will be thinking twice.

I spoke with four designers (two at a time) and they were all very personable and friendly. Spoke about past experience and they explained the role and companies values throughly. This conversation flowed very well and it was an overall positive experience.
