I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Google (Seattle, WA) in Mar 2021
Interview
Very prescriptive. Recruiter, human resources, hiring managers, interviewers, and everyone involved outlines precisely what will take place and the process did not deviate from the outlined formula one bit. Interview schedule was flexible and based on my personal calendar but was also a complete and full day. Quite a grueling interview loop but no different than a busy day at the office.

Interview
Took about 8-10 weeks, interviews went well but was not given feedback and had to chase them down to find out I didn’t get the job. It felt very vague and frustrating after such a long process with many rounds.
