Failed Google in 2023. Used Product Alliance this time. Their Google module teaches the exact structure Google evaluates.
Practice CIRCLES framework 50+ times. For technical round, learn basic system design even as non-technical PM. Product Alliance helped me most but mainly because I actually did the work.
Overall Experience:
Professional process. Clear feedback.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Google (Zúrich) in Oct 2025
Interview
Intense but professional. You need to do a lot of prep but thankfully that's widely available online. All the rounds were described by the recruiter and when I wanted more clarity on what one would cover I was provided the opportunity to ask more questions.
There was a phone screen with a recruiter and then three interviews over Google Video Chat. Everyone was very professional and friendly. They did their best to put you at ease. They used automated notes taking during the interview process.
