Initial interview conducted by the outgoing staff member testing the language requirements and motivation, interview by two senior staff members (this can be considered a competency based interview) and written test designed to test the person ability to draft documents.

I applied and went through a phone call interview. The interviewer wanted to know about my experience and goals. After the phone interview, the interviewer asked me for references and it took a couple of days but I got offered the position.
