Contacted via e-mail. Given several day window to record a video interview. Very easy, convenient process. It is odd not receiving any feedback from an interviewer (like you would over Skype or the phone), but being able to record the via at any time was very convenient.

- One written test of an hour asking you to take notes and write a brief report of a Human Rights Council session
- One skype interview and one surprise phone interview

Interview
first round interview with a skill test and then called for an on-site interview . The interviewer was nice but asked very comprehensive questions including your personality. The second rounds were conducted with a small panal of their employees so be prepared to answer a lot of questions
