Applied online in May 2019 and the questions in the pre-interview apps were extensive around security program development with lots of details around program management, KPI's that would be used, and how to steer an organization to accepting security. Director of Information Security emails me 2 months later asking to do an interview date/time range AFTER you request ANOTHER set of questions via email to respond back to them before your actual interview. Be very careful with these guys, they're likely stealing answers to implement themselves without paying you.
